Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use our services, regardless of ability or how you browse the web. Our sites are built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, and we regularly test to make sure they stay that way.
Beyond ticking boxes, we genuinely want our services to be easy to use for everyone. If something isn't working for you, we want to know about it so we can fix it.
What This Means in Practice
Compliance
Our sites meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and we keep them that way through regular testing.
Transparency
We're upfront about what works well and where we're still improving.
Trust
Accessibility isn't an afterthought. It's built into how we develop our sites.
Support
If you're struggling to use our services, we'll find another way to help.
How We Keep on Top of It
We run automated accessibility scans every time we update our sites, and we regularly test with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation to catch anything the automated tools miss.
When we find issues, we fix them. We also keep an eye on evolving standards so our sites stay accessible as best practices move forward.
